1. Privacy Policy

BeHomeMadrid informs website users about its policy regarding the processing and protection of personal data of users and customers that may be collected through browsing or contracting services through its website.

In this regard, BeHomeMadrid guarantees compliance with current regulations on the protection of personal data, as reflected in Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data and in Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21, which approves the Development Regulation of the LOPD.

Use of this website implies acceptance of this privacy policy.

2. Data collection, purpose and processing

BeHomeMadrid has a duty to inform users of its website about the collection of personal data that may occur, whether through email or by completing forms on the website. In this regard, BeHomeMadrid will be considered the data controller for the data collected through the aforementioned means.

BeHomeMadrid also informs users that the purpose of processing the collected data includes: attending to requests made by users, inclusion in the contact list, providing services, managing the business relationship, and providing comprehensive property management services and seasonal rentals in the city of Madrid.

The operations, management and technical procedures that are carried out in an automated or non-automated manner and that enable the collection, storage, modification, transfer and other actions on personal data, are considered personal data processing.

All personal data collected through the BeHomeMadrid website, and therefore considered to be personal data processing, will be incorporated into the files declared to the Spanish Data Protection Agency by BeHomeMadrid.

3. Communication of information to third parties

BeHomeMadrid informs users that their personal data will not be transferred to third-party organizations, except when such data transfer is required by law or when the provision of a service necessitates a contractual relationship with a data processor. In the latter case, data will only be transferred to the third party when BeHomeMadrid has obtained the user's explicit consent.

4. User Rights

Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, grants interested parties the possibility of exercising a series of rights related to the processing of their personal data.

Insofar as user data is processed by BeHomeMadrid, users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition in accordance with the provisions of current legal regulations on the protection of personal data.

To exercise these rights, the user must submit a written request, along with documentation proving their identity (national identity card or passport), to the following address: BeHomeSpain Gestión Integral SL, Calle Claudio Coello 109 2ºB, Madrid 28006, or to any address that may replace it in the General Data Protection Register. This request must include the following information: the user's full name, the specific request, their address, and supporting documentation.

The exercise of rights must be carried out by the user themselves. However, they may be carried out by an authorized person acting as the user's legal representative. In such cases, documentation proving this representation must be provided.
