DESCRIPTION
A low-rise loft-style apartment on Churruca Street, at street level, in the charming and interesting Justicia neighborhood, one of the city's most multicultural areas, surrounded by culture, shops, and a vibrant atmosphere. It's just steps from the Barceló Market, a haven of culinary delights and fresh produce. The apartment has been renovated and features modern decor with neutral colors, numerous decorative touches inspired by Latin American indigenous art, and ample space to create a welcoming ambiance. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Access is by car, without the need for an elevator or stairs. Located in a classic building with a beautiful entrance, the windows are tinted to provide privacy, offering plenty of natural light. The entire apartment is open-plan (except for the bathrooms), with access from both sides. You enter a small foyer that opens onto a hallway. To the right is the living/dining room and kitchen, and to the left is the large bedroom. The modern kitchen boasts two facing islands and cabinetry that provides ample storage and conceals all the appliances. The countertop is made of stone, and the furniture is white and light green. Large white wardrobes provide storage in the hallways. At the far end is the spacious living/dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light. It features a long gray sofa, a large oval white coffee table, a striking black armchair, and shelves that hold a wealth of books. The dining table is square and white, with four black chairs. Beautiful lamps add a touch of elegance to the decor, along with unique indigenous pieces. To the left of the entrance is the large bedroom, where both beds are positioned along the sides. On the left is the double bed (1.60 x 2.00 meters), with its built-in wardrobe, desk, and en-suite bathroom with a shower. On the other side is the single bed (0.80 x 2.00 meters), also with its own en-suite bathroom with a shower. In the center of this area are two desks (one white and one brown), a chest of drawers, and bookcases. The windows overlook an interior courtyard and have electrically operated blinds.
