LOCATION
Located in the Retiro district, in eastern Madrid, and next to the famous park from which the district takes its name, this apartment is just steps from the magnificent El Retiro Park. Access is through the Doce de Octubre entrance, which opens onto the Cecilio Rodríguez Gardens, a beautiful and tranquil spot where you can see its famous peacocks. The Ibiza neighborhood (Ibiza, Menorca, Doctor Castelo, Narváez, and Lope de Rueda streets) is a very quiet and pleasant residential area, offering all kinds of amenities for tourists: markets, shops, and the best gastronomic and tapas area in Madrid. The boulevard area is charming with its lively terraces and boasts one of the highest concentrations of bars and restaurants in Madrid.
Doce de Octubre Street runs perpendicular to Menéndez Pelayo and Narváez Streets. The apartment is very well connected to the rest of the city, as it is two blocks from the Ibiza metro station and several bus lines are just a few meters away. Almost directly across from the building entrance is the bus stop for line 61, which goes up Narváez and then Conde de Peñalver, leading to the Goya, Salamanca, Trafalgar, and Chamberí districts.
The Goya shopping area is just steps away, offering a wide variety of small shops and numerous public transport options. The city center of Madrid (Sol and surrounding areas) is a 10-15 minute bus ride away, with several lines serving the area.
