LOCATION
The apartment is located one block from El Retiro Park, accessible via Doce de Octubre or Sainz de Baranda streets. The Doce de Octubre entrance leads to the Cecilio Rodríguez Gardens, a beautiful spot where you can see the famous peacocks. The Ibiza neighborhood is a quiet, residential area with markets, shops, and some of Madrid's best tapas and bar scene. The boulevards along Ibiza and Sainz de Baranda streets offer lively terraces and, together with Menéndez Pelayo and Doctor Castelo streets, boast one of the highest concentrations of bars and restaurants in the city.
It is very well connected to the rest of the city, with the Ibiza metro station just two blocks away and several bus lines within walking distance. Almost directly across from the building entrance is the bus stop for line 61, which runs between Narváez and Conde de Peñalver, connecting to the Goya (a major shopping area), Salamanca, Trafalgar, and Chamberí districts.
